My project manager experience
I was very lucky to join a wonderful team. I had different projects: from banner campaigns to complex technical products such as the digital heart of a sports complex or a customer loyalty system. It turned out that I changed many different jobs because we always integrated and became part of the client in order to produce the best results.

my favorite projects
Digital locker system
That was my largest and most favorite project. We created a system for digital lockers within a short time. Bracelets with a QR code are used as keys, which are valid only for the allotted time and all this including a convenient administration panel was created from scratch. (For keys are used bracelets with QR codes, which are valid only for the short time. A powerful administrative panel and all this was created from scratch.)
My duties under the project included:- communication with the client and staff training;
- system design and selection, purchase of equipment;
- management of a team of designers and developers;
- installation of equipment and deployment (with developer instructions on docker);
- testing and support/maintenance.
NikeMoscow.com
The project lasted 3 years and consisted of local user training for the Nike app. This is a site for displaying the issuance of unique offers for users, maps of stores and points for runners and the schedule of events in Moscow. My duties under the project included:- communication with the client on the technical part of the project. My colleague was responsible for the content;
- management of a team of designers and developers;
- project support and its roadmap development.
Miro brand design support
The favorite tool in work has become even more interesting by integration into the inner culture and approach to the work of this company. We provide design support for banners, landing pages, and miro board templates. Unfortunately, there is no technical component here, but communicating with the Miro team is an incredible experience.
Nike VR
At the Nike basketball exhibition, visitors were able to play basketball, explore the history of the brand, and watch old VHS tapes in virtual reality. The project was also implemented in a short time (2 months) and turned out to be incredibly cool.
